What a year!!!
This time last year we were anxiously waiting to hear if our first asbestos removal licence had been approved. In January, we were delighted to receive confirmation that we had been successful.
What was initially planned as an inaugural year, developing and refining our systems and procedures whilst slowly building our client base, quickly developed into a flood of orders and tender successes as clients rushed to work with the new company which promised a safe, competitive and customer focused service. Feedback has been very positive and the growth of the order book, including several key framework accounts for the Asbestos division and some exciting MOD and NHS projects for the Insulation and Maintenance divisions, has enabled us to open two further offices in Devon and an office in Somerset whilst increasing our removal resource eight-fold.
We introduced an integrated UKAS accredited ISO standard management system to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 which, upon validation, produced zero non-conformances and highlights the importance that we place on continual improvement in all that we do.
It’s fair to say that we are now the largest combined Insulation and Asbestos removal company operating in Devon and Cornwall and we look forward to further enhancing our reputation in the coming years.
It is also with great pride that we announce confirmation today that, following mandatory re-application following our first year licence period, we have been awarded a full three year asbestos removal licence with no caveats or conditions attached.
