Gwella were appointed to carry out asbestos removal works at the prestigious Talland Bay Hotel in Looe, Cornwall. The works supported a wider refurbishment programme and were essential to facilitate upgrades within the hotel’s boiler room.
All asbestos-containing materials were safely removed using a wrap and cut method, in accordance with current regulations and industry best practice. Following removal, Gwella undertook a comprehensive environmental clean and encapsulation of the area, leaving the boiler room in a compliant and ready condition for refurbishment works to proceed.
