Complete reassurance for you and your tenants

Our Managers and Site based teams all have a long history of working within the Domestic Social Housing sector, having supported many Housing Associations as preferred contractors under various frameworks.

We are very aware of the unique challenges in this sector where performance is heavily driven by KPI compliance whilst offering a reactive service in a domestic setting with potentially vulnerable tenants.

Our robust processes utilising domestic-specific teams to undertake the work, who have received sector specific training in Customer Care and Housing Association expectations, ensure that our responsive service levels are second to none. Dedicated Key account managers channel the work enquiries to the appropriate teams and book in the projects in line with pre-agreed key performance targets.

Our experienced DBS checked operatives attend site in clearly liveried vans in branded company uniforms with photographic ID cards to ensure customers are aware of who we are. Specific training on our expectations when working in this sector ensures that customers are treated with the utmost respect, we never forget that we are working in their homes.

We are proud to be removing this dangerous substance from homes across the country, ensuring that customers can rest assured that their property is safe and that your compliance targets are met.
