Gwella have carried out risk assessments in all aspects of our business, to enable us to work safely during the COVID 19 pandemic. We understand the importance of working safely and to support our employees with regard to health and wellbeing.
As a business we have listened to the concerns expressed by our employees and formulated our risk assessment in consultation with them. All our employees are consulted in relation to the measures we have taken to support them during this pandemic.
We have a duty to reduce the risk to the lowest reasonably practical level by ensuring we implement preventative measures. This means we protect our own employees and others who may come into contact with us, whether visiting our offices or working in close proximity on sites.
