Gwella Contracting recently completed asbestos removal and a full environmental clean within an MOD hangar on behalf of our key client, VINCI Defence.
Our exeprienced team carried out a full clean of high-level steels, ledges, sills, and window surrounds to enable the next phase of window removal and refurbishment. Flaking paint near the windows was also carefully removed.
The works were primarily Non-Licensed within the main hangar, along with a Licensed element of removal working from a cleverly designed fixed scaffold platfom.
The main challenge of this demanding project was our client’s tight deadlines.
